HistoryFor over 30 years the UAA Department of Theatre & Dance has been training some of the best artists and technicians in Alaska. Our performance students have gone on to star in TV shows and film such as Air Force One, HBO's Boardwalk Empire, The Frozen Ground and the Academy award winning Birdman - they all got their start in our Jerry Harper Studio and the Mainstage theatres.
