Southcentral Foundation is a health care organization in the United States. It serves nearly 60,000 Alaska Native and American Indian people living in Anchorage, Matanuska-Susitna Valley and 60 rural villages in the Anchorage Service Unit. Incorporated in 1982, Southcentral Foundation is one of the largest of the CIRI organization, with more than 65 programs. It provides dentistry, optometry, community health representatives as well as injury control services. Southcentral Foundation also offers behavioral health along with tribal and executive services.
