History
The Beaver Lake Resort lake was developed as a man made lake in the 1960's. Then in the 1980's the owner started developing the Beaver Lake Resort site. Major renovations were completed in 2010.

We offer excellent quality and affordable housing. With everything from studios to large 3 bedroom apartments. The Master bedrooms are large with a private bath, sitting area and walk in closet. The large living room and kitchen will make you just want to stay home and enjoy it. Some units offer a view of the lake and some have cathedral ceiling to give you a spacious feeling. The building offers a coin operated laundry. Owner pays for Heat and Hot water.
