Good location, easy access to downtown and fishing creek. Very clean 24/7 showering and laundry facility were great! Trains don't run after 11pm, so didn't bother us one bit.

It's in the bad part of town. The "shopping across the street" is a junk auctioneer. The spaces offer no privacy. You are better off camping at Walmart.
