Terrible service, rude staff, don't care about people just care about taking your money. There is a huge lack of communication so they can take advantage of people in tough situations!!

Stole my car that was not abandoned. Ruined my transmission by towing in park. Rude & acted proud that they were going to crush my running family car, even though I was inside my "abandoned"...
