Young Business Leaders (YBL) is a Board-directed organization based in Mountain Brook, AL, that has been transforming the marketplace for over 40 years. Their mission is to win men and women to Christ, build them in their faith, and send them out locally, nationally, and internationally for God's glory. Through banquets, small group opportunities, and one-on-one contacts with established leaders, YBL equips businessmen and professionals with the tools and environment for holistic growth, establishing them in the essentials of their faith and enabling them to share time-honored values in the business community.
YBL's sister organization, Women Business Leaders (WBL), also operates under the same mission, providing women with the resources and support to grow in their faith and make a positive impact in the marketplace.
