Attached to the Redmont Hotel, we have access from the street as well as the hotel lobby.HistoryCafe 2101 began as a vision for a cozy coffee spot for travelers and business professionals to feel a little more at home. That vision came to life in 2016 when the historic Redmont Hotel reopened under the Hilton Curio brand and Cafe 2101 officially opened its doors. In January 2019, Cafe 2101 developed a partnership with Domestique Coffee and proudly serve their espresso, batch brew, and cold brew. Now, we offer muffins, pastries, and other breakfast items. We love serving the Birmingham community.
