Rapha Treatment Center is a private, non-profit drug and alcohol treatment program certified by the Alabama Department of Mental Health. Established in 1997, it has grown to become one of the largest substance use disorder treatment programs in Alabama, offering high-intensity residential treatment, low-intensity residential treatment, and access to sober living environments. With a focus on providing a safe and therapeutic environment, Rapha Treatment Center aims to help men begin their long-term recovery journey.
Through a phased approach and a Recovery Oriented System of Care, Rapha Treatment Center offers a range of services including financial management classes, anger management classes, employment assistance, vocational training, relapse prevention classes, 12-step recovery groups, and HIV/AIDS education and testing. The center follows specific admission criteria to ensure that clients receive adequate care, and while it cannot accept females, adolescents under the age of 18, registered sex offenders, or violent offenders, it welcomes individuals who are willing and able to participate in all program activities and support groups.
