When we did a delivery for three pizzas we were supposed to get it at 4:45 but even an hour after we did not get it. We tried to talk to them about it but they left us on hold for over 30 min....

Pizza took 1:20 minutes when estimated 40min. Pizza was not in a warmer bag at the door, and was cold when we got it (pizza and cheese bread). Horrible experience
