Midstates has over 200 customers throughout Mississippi and Alabama. Currently the company's business are (1) operating its own stores; (2) selling directly to c-store dealers and other trucking, manufacturing, and governments; (3) leasing company owned stores with products sales on consignment; and (4) furnishing equipment to dealer owned locations and furnishing product on consignment.
