After over 16 years in the mortgage business working for someone else, I decided to open my own mortgage brokerage. I wanted to remove as many people as possible between me and the lender. This allows me to be EXTREMELY competitive with my rates and pricing. I have very little overhead and can pass those savings on to my clients.
