We're gonna make that fat cry! Weekly boxing inspired group classes with 12 rounds of championship boxing pounding away on the heavy bag, doing speed work on the mits, and getting baptized on the dreaded shield. All skill levels welcome. When the gloves come off there's a short HIIT cardio burn with drills and stations that change weekly focusing on agility, footwork, fast-twitch explosion, and getting fit without getting hit!
