COVID-19 has impacted everyone in varying ways. We've had our own challenges to overcome and unfortunately, some of our guests who had reservations during the forced closures of our beaches were caught up in those challenges. Liquid Life was without a guidebook or policy & procedures in place to handle an unforeseen and uncontrollable event of this magnitude. As a result of the rapidly changing COVID-19 environment, we were making quick decisions and operating our offices on a skeleton crew and were not able to react or respond our guests in a way in which was deemed appropriate for all given parties. We have learned a valuable lesson over the past few weeks and realize that our responses and actions could have been handled differently. For this we are deeply apologetic to all who have suffered alongside us. At this point, we have taken in all feedback and have made many adjustments to all of our communications, policies and procedures. Going forward, we are fully prepared to accommodate many vacationing families with professionally cleaned condos using CDC & local health department guidelines. We have been actively improving phone & email systems and hiring fun, friendly professionals to provide the best in customer service to our guests. We hope and trust that none of us will be in this situation again.
History
Liquid Life Vacation Rentals opened in 2012, with our offices and Cafe opening in December 2012.
