The Southeast Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission (SEARP DC) is a government organization established in 1969 to address the needs of citizens in the seven member counties of Southeast Alabama. With a group of 35 individuals acting as liaisons, SEARP DC aims to improve the quality of life in the region through various projects and initiatives.
