Since starting the business Flowers by Vanessa has gained the reputation for providing excellent flowers and personal service for any occasion. Flowers by Vanessa work closely with each individual client to create a personally tailored event with meticulous attention to detail. Vanessa qualified as a florist gaining 'Distinction' grades for both the City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 Diploma in Floristry (2010) and the Level 3 Certificate in Floristry (2011). Whilst a student at Warwickshire College, Vanessa was awarded the 'Sarah Horne Trophy' for 2009/10 and the 'Christine Goldsmith Rose Bowl' for 2010/11. As Flowers by Vanessa becomes established, Vanessa continues with her floristry education by studying for her Level 4. Thus enabling her to further develop her technique and design style as well as continuing to create exquisite floral designs for her clients. Vanessa also competed in the WorldSkills UK Floristry Intermediate Competition going on to win Gold at the Malvern Show in September 2010. Flowers by Vanessa look forward to providing a service from the day someone is born, through all the celebratory and festive high points in their life to that final commemoration by family and friends.
