History
Once I had a dream, and it was to open a Cafe in Montgomery, so I put this dream on a piece of pape., One year later my brother came to visit and I asked if he could help to built this up so he did August 8th we opened and he started to serve the real homemade Latin Food with some Southern favorite dishes. We are different, starting with our menu,it is very open. We do not fry but the famous Empanadas, everything else is grilled, baked or steamed. To eat healthy is the best you can do and we are the alternative for those who care about their health by eating the right food. Fridays night it is international, we tour by offering a different country's tipycal dish. We have done so far all South America, The Caribbean and we are cooking Central America; then we will do North America , Europe, Middle East, Africa and so on. So come and visit us you will enjoy
