CrossFit 2L2Q specializes in not specializing. We program workouts that are constantly varied so you can't get bored! Our workouts are short in time but are performed at a very high intensity and are tailored to the individual athlete. These workouts include functional movements which are squats, dead lifts, presses, jumping, running, rowing, pull ups, etc. At CrossFit 2L2Q everyone is an athlete, whether you are a high school student, firefighter, soccer mom or even a senior citizen. We scale workouts to the athlete's ability and mobility. We follow the Outlaw Way and are thankful for it every day and believe a stronger athlete is a better athlete. With smart programming of metabolic conditioning to complement the practice of the focus lifts and a healthy dose of gymnastics, you'll improve your performance and increase your confidence.
History
