Established in 1947, Speech & Hearing Clinic is a part of the Department of Communication Disorders, which is governed by Auburn University. The clinic provides a range of assessment solutions and serves people of all ages. It specializes in the areas of audiology and speech and language pathology. Speech & Hearing Clinic offers treatment for communicational disorders. The clinic also provides training opportunities for the students of Auburn University. It conducts hearing instrument evaluation, speech audiometry assessment, and tympanometry and acoustic reflex testing. In addition, Speech & Hearing Clinic offers neonatal screening and follow-up services. The clinic administers an infant language stimulation program.
