Old stuck plastic nut on stem. The stems were stuck for handles neck and sprayer holder

The new hoses and plastic nut that holds the stem and handle in place. The black spray is old gorilla seal that kept a leak short time.

New faucet perfectly installed and functional :)

Old sink strainer where a leak rusted and destroyed a portion.

This is the new strainer after install, the rusty dirty look is what stained from the old leak.
