We provide our clients with state-level criminal checks, county criminal records, county civil records, past address history traces, past employment, driver's histories, credit reports, bankruptcy, education verifications, personal reference checks, real-time court records, federal criminal, federal civil, federal professional license, national wants and warrants, sex offender searches, and business credit reports,. Can anyone use A&A's services? No. We limit our customers to those with a legitimate need and who are bound to honor the privacy of those we investigate. That's why we want to know who our customers are and what they are doing with the information we provide. By providing us with facts about you on our signup form, we can offer Churches, Daycares, Property Management Companies, Employers and even individuals our professional screening services. How do you charge for your services? A&A charges per transaction -- we charge you for the searches you order. You can order a bundle of services or you can pay for them individually, whichever works best for you. What about local fees? Sometimes we are asked to pay a fee when we access information in certain areas. There is no way to anticipate the amount of such fees before an investigation, so it is not possible to build them into our pricing structure. However, the cost is invariably small--almost always less than $10 per investigation--and we always alert our clients to the fees before adding them to your bill. What is a normal turnaround time for a report? Instant searches take from less than a minute to one hour. Overnight searches are usually completed within 24 hours. Reports that include verifications take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours. A county criminal report may take from 24 to 72 hours, and average 36 hours.
