ACCESS is a nonprofit organization that helps empower members of the greater Detroit community as well as the nation at large. Originally begun as an organization to help newly immigrated Arab families get acclimated in their new country, ACCESS has since extended to people of all backgrounds. Services include education and ESL programs, social services, employment and training and medical care. ACCESS also runs organizations such as the Arab-American National Museum, the National Network for Arab American Communities and the Center for Arab-American Philanthropy, that reflect and support people of Arab descent and celebrate their culture and contributions.
